Welcome to my website! I’m so glad you stopped by for a visit. My name is Melanie Atkins, and I write romantic suspense. Mystery, murder, and love...with a twist. My stories are set in the Deep South, with hot cop heroes and women who know what they want. No fainting violets here. I'm so excited! My author app for the iPhone and the iPad is finally live! The Android app will follow in a day or two. I'm still entering sales venues, but I've gotten a lot of them entered already. Search the iTunes app store for "Melanie Atkins" to find the app.
It will eventually list all the venues where my books are for sale, and already it links to all my social networking sites, lists events where I'll be (there aren't many right now), and links to other important sites.

A very special cat with a unique, loving personality. He loved
watching bird videos, playing with his furry little mousey-mouse, chasing his kitty pal, Widget, and letting me pet him while he camped out on the armrest of my chair. He was my muse and my best friend. I miss him so much.
